Merry Meet friend! You have wandered into the Realm of DragonWhelp, also known as Mathair Mayi. 

To tell you a little about myself, I am a devoted wife and mommy.  My husband and I married on December 24, 1995.  I love him more than life itself and can't imagine being with anyone else.  He is my Best Friend and my Everything.

Together we have 4.5 children.  The 14-year old girl is mine from a previous relationship, the 13-year old twin boys are his from a previous relationship and together we have a 12-year old daughter.  The boys also have a 15-year old brother that lived with us long ago.  He currently lives with his paternal grandmother in Washington.  We try to stay in touch with him, but he's a teenager living 160 miles away.  We don't remain as close as we would like to, but we love him all the same.   

We also have a kitty named Vader and a Siberian Husky named Xander.

Most of my non-working time is spent at home with the family. But I do have other interests as well. 

I am a practicing Pagan, or more to the point, a witch. I formerly called myself Wiccan, but my path isn't exactly defined by any means so I dropped the "denomination" and go with the generic terms. My first coven experience began in the early spring of 1999 and ended bitterly not too terribly long after my initiation of a year and a day study. Heartbroken, I returned to a solitary path.

In the fall of 2002 I rejoined a friend from my "educational past" and eventually became a member of The Coven of Water and Stone. (The friendship ended poorly but the coven remains a part of my life and the women in the coven are loved tremendously)  We are a very young coven, all women at this time, concentrating on our relationships with each other and being very careful as to how we grow. Many of us have had bitter experiences in the past and we can learn from those and grow. It's an exciting thing, indeed. The incident that could have destroyed us only brought us closer together.  We are, at least for now, meant to be a group. 

I have also discovered that I have a slight addiction for online gaming. (I'm getting better!) I am currently playing World of Warcraft. 

I am employed with the OBMT and I deal in the exam administration as well as law enforcement and regulation.  I love my job and all of my co-workers.  I don't think anyone could be more pleased with their employment. 

So that's me in a nutshell.  When it comes down to it, I'm a pretty boring person.

As you navigate your way through my maze of oddities, you can see my family, my friends and various photos.  You can also learn the very basics of my faith, the way that I view it.  And don't forget to stop by myspace! Every now and again I post a quick blog that's much shorter than my rantings and ramblings that I post and don't update enough here.  And, of course, is the obligatory "links" page where I show my causes and the things that I care about.  Feel free to wander these halls and get to know me better.  And when you're finished, feel free to tell me how you feel by posting in my guestbook.
